Before you return any item, obtain a RAN # (Return Authorization Number) from us by email. This number should be easily seen on the outside of the returned box. Returned items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Items returned from the USA should be returned by the United States Post Office. Place the following statement on the Customs declaration :
